Sleep Problems?

Is your little one having trouble sleeping? Then learning how to hypnotize them to sleep is a lovely bonding way for you and your child or children to spend some quality time at the end of the day. It’s a simple process that I teach parents. We also explore bedtime rituals and behavior changes to improve the end of your child’s day so that they can hop into bed and sleep, well…like a baby! (Also available for adults!)

ADD/ADHD?

Battling with ADD or ADHD? Hypnotherapy can be used to help children focus attention and start taking control of their lives. Used in conjunction with holistic healing modalities behavioral changes can be made. I recommend teaching children to use self-hypnosis so they can take back their lives and stay off prescription drugs.
