Then learning how to hypnotize them to sleep is a lovely bonding way for you and your child or children to spend some quality time at the end of the day. So, it’s a simple process that I teach parents.

Battling with ADD or ADHD? I know, I’ve been there. My eldest was diagnosed with ‘hyperactivity’ before we had the label ADHD. And one of the tools I used to manage help her manage her own feelings and impulses is Hypnosis.
Hypnotherapy can be used to help children focus attention and start taking control of their lives. Used in conjunction with holistic healing modalities behavioral changes can be made. I recommend teaching children to use self-hypnosis so they can take back their lives and stay off prescription drugs.

We begin with exploring feelings. Did you know that most children aren’t aware of ’emotions’ and how to label them. And so often it turns into an either/or situation. Because we see the child become angry or fearful.
Parental involvement brings parent and child closer, thereby providing a ‘safer’ environment for the child. Simple hypnotherapy techniques give the anxious child a tool to self-regulate and self-soothe. Without harmful side-effects.
