Striving for ideals we must extend gentleness to our own imperfections. Life is a gift. Take it. Tarot & Tea, Six of Water
This is the energy of the day, and how to embrace and make the most of it.
To walk the path of the Peaceful Warrior you have to be as kind and compassionate with and for yourself, as you are with and for others.
Another day when we are reminded that to help others we must first and foremost help ourselves. Six of Water isn’t about being selfish though. She comes to remind us that the Universe is abundant and is attempting to shower us with love, light and prosperity. We have to open to accepting this.
So, Dear Heart, a day to open our arms to the abundance of the Universe.
Go outside, if you can, look up to the limitless skies. There’s stars, planets and galaxies above us. We can’t see them, but we know they are there. Lookup. Throw back your arms. Open your heart. And acknowledge this abundance. Open to accept. Breathe deeply and let it all in.
As you journal today (you do journal every day, don’t you?) explore where you are being less than kind to yourself. We have a tendency to hold the space for others to make mistakes, and then beat the crap out of ourselves mentally and emotionally if we ‘fail’. Well, there’s no such thing as failure. We may not get exactly what we want, but we do always have the opportunity to learn and grown from experiences. Another way abundance shows up.
Needing a feel good, abundant tea today, I’m again sipping my Bramble Cottage black tea blend. Have you noticed that it seems to be replacing my old stand-by of English Breakfast? That’s how much I love it. But looking at the abundance and prosperity aspects: tea is one of the most prolific plants on the planet. That’s abundance.
Brambles produce plump, delish blackberries, full of sweet goodness including vitamins and minerals. Leaves can be used in tea. The switches made into baskets. The blossoms enjoyed in posies. They provide hiding places for the bunnies to peek out and watch the world. The chickadees bop around at the bottom of them, picking at fallen berries and seeds. And even the bobcat sneaks through my garden, hugging the natural bramble boundary.
That’s prosperity!
And I haven’t even got to the vanilla, cornflowers and roses. Another time. (BTW, click here or on the link below to get tea.)
See how simply taking time to make tea, sit and sipping, embracing the energy and vibration, brings us into the flow of abundance and prosperity? And while we sip and contemplate, our creative juices get going. A new project, idea, or venture begins. Abundance and prosperity flow.
Have a beautiful, magical, mystical day. Be good to you. Drink tea. Be good to others. Six of Water invites you to live a charmed life.
