Magic is in the air. Simple pleasures lead to great awareness. Step boldly into life’s adventures. Tarot & Tea, II The Maiden
This is the energy of the day, and how to embrace and make the most of it.
There’s always magic around us. A sense of wonder. But today we are encouraged to look around and find it. Then celebrate it! Life is journey of self discovery. Take time to enjoy the ride. Stay strong. Be firm. Expect the best.
Maiden’s energy is light and confident.
We all carry within a wounded child archetype. Do something today to heal that wound. Embrace the simple pleasures of a walk in the park, eating an ice cream, giggling with a friend. Life doesn’t have to be heavy. Self-discovery isn’t a weight around our necks. It’s a rollicking adventure through life and love. Make it so.
A day to dance and giggle. Shake our sillies out. Dance our cares away. Sing at the top of our lungs. Even if you can only find a few minutes to embrace the energy of The Maiden, do so. Put aside embarrassment and shame. Who cares what others think? It’s none of our business. Have some fun.
Loving our self enough to care for ourselves. Where have you been less caring than you could? It’s time to change it up. Do you need to rest? Is there a course or interest you’ve been meaning to pursue? Have you been procrastinating booking that hair appointment, massage or Reiki session? So, The Maiden comes along to remind us to love ourselves.
The magic of The Maiden is the sense of wonder she brings to us. Open your eyes, ears and heart to this sense of wonder.
Okay then, it’s magic time. Where’s the magic in your life, or is it missing. Magic doesn’t necessarily mean invoking spells and making potions. Although, if that’s your way of making magic happen, then go for it. Magic in its simplest form, is noticing the wonder of life.
Magic is wonder.
But if we are going for a magic potion, then I’m recommending a lovely blend of herbs to make tea. Sipping Earth Angel tea to uplift my ability to notice the wonder and to boost my immune system. Nettles and oatstraw blend with rose and chamomile. Nurturing and soothing, as I look out the window at the chickadees on the feeder. Their cheerful call and merry nature lift my spirits.
What will you do to embrace magic and wonder today? Let me know by sharing in the comments. I’d love to hear from you. Bright blessings,
