Potential and abundance. Tarot & Tea, IV, The Mother. Love and potential are unconditional and unlimited. Release the need to control the outcome.
This is the energy of the day and how to embrace and make the most of it.
The creative yearnings of our heart’s desires come from the deep, cosmic womb where all life begins. Tap into the mystery of you. Follow your yearnings to become more loving; both giving and receiving. More than follow your heart, today is about following your gut. Allow dreams to start turning into reality.
Bam! Another Major Arcana day. For those who don’t speak Tarot, that means another big deal day. Pay attention, this is a big energy week for us earth dwellers. Listen to your guides. There’s a lot of shouting going on. Teehee!
So, Dear Heart, a day to nurture your goals and ambitions. Desires, wants, needs are all the potential we require. Find the passion. Believe in your right to good health, good friends, love and laughter.
Mother represents the potential blossoming of more that you dared even hope for.
Dreams are great when they are planted as seeds to grow. However, if all we do is sit and daydream, then it’s hard for the Universe to deliver. Begin to nurture theses seeds. Write in your journal, but be prepared to do something about it. Don’t get bogged down in ‘how’s’, just take a step. Research. Buy a book or a magazine. Talk to a trusted friend or advisor. Begin to nurture the potential.
Know that you have what it takes to succeed. Find the solid ground, the base or anchor of your life. Ask for help if you don’t know how to do that. Get grounded and centered. Live from there. Reset by deep breathing, getting out into nature and connecting with spirit.
Delicious black tea flavored with apricot in my teacup today. Tea is one of the most abundant plants on the earth. I honor Mother Earth’s bounty. Apricot brings a healthy dose of potassium to my cuppa today, which the body needs to keep blood pressure levels stable. A great balance to Mother energy. So, potential in a tea cup.
If you weren’t well-mothered, this card can be a little bit of a button push. Settle into the knowledge that Mother Earth is the nurturing mother. Mother Mary brings loving guidance to our daily lives. All we have to do is ask for her help. Walk in the woods or in the park. Connect with the Divine Mother.
Much love,
