Powerful card to start the year! Woohoo! Our guides are encouraging us to take the time today to turn inwards. We can’t find our way by being outwardly focused. Meditate, pray, contemplate. Even ten minutes out of the daily routines, to go within, to ask for guidance, to listen to the whispers of your heart’s desires.
Change is the nature of life, so be prepared to change course if necessary. A good day to pull out our journals and write down our gifts. What comes so naturally to you, that you don’t even realize how special you are. Ask friends and loved ones for input. This is your special sauce!
And start planning how to develop them. Do you need to go back to school? Change career? Move to a new home? Remember, it’s all in the planning stages. We don’t have to do anything straight away. Phew! Dream.

A layer of snow blankets Bramble Cottage this morning, as I sip my tea and look out into the darkness. The moon’s light is reflected in the icy pellets and a soft glow surrounds us. Yes, definitely a sense of magic in the air. The magic of possibilities mirrored in the Destiny card.
So, the tea to match with Destiny is Bramble Cottage Black Tea of course! Ceylon tea paired with fresh blackberry essence, creamy vanilla, and topped with a trio of rose petals, blackberry leaves and blue cornflowers. It’s both beautiful and tasty. And a year ago didn’t exist! Oh the possibilities of a new year beginning.
A day to keep positive and avoid those who bring you down. Inspiration, changes and epiphanies may occur in the blink of an eye.
