As above, so below. Divine union of all aspects of our being. Joining and merging, we come to wholeness. Tarot & Tea, XIII Union
This is the energy of the day, and how to embrace and make the most of it.
Duality creates separation. At the center of all disputes, all opposition, is a commonality. So, find that commonality and unite. Be the peace you wish to see in the world, by accepting all aspects of self. From this center of peace, flow into the world.
Do you want to win or be right at any cost? Have you lost sight of the bigger picture? Now is the time to open up to the masculine and feminine aspects of your own nature. Honor your emotions and allow them to flow through you as you embrace the power of the feminine. Use logic and reason to discern your truths, embracing the divine masculine.
Union and honoring of all of you.
The multi-faceted nature of human beings and our beautiful planet can lead to conflict if we choose. But why choose conflict? Start with accepting yourself, warts and all. Honor your body as the temple that holds your spirit. Nourish with wholesome foods, clean water, and joyful movement. Keep your body temple clean and tidy.
As you step into the flow of accepting that all facets are part of a whole, the holistic union of all things, listen to the whispers of your intuition. Be guided by the holy marriage of mind and soul. So, yes, use your mind, but meld it with intuition.
Be true to you.
Center yourself. Take a few moments to simply sit, breathe and relax. Feel your feet on the floor, your shoulders drop away from your ears. Now, consciously engage peace. Let a sense of peace flow through you. Be in that center of peace. The void. It’s up to you what you do with this peace, but know it’s yours.
One place of peace for me is sitting with a nice cup of tea, relaxing and waiting for the light to appear over the mountains. The light always returns, however dark the night is. Sometimes in a blaze of glory, but more often in the Pacific Northwest as a gentle, soft emergence of the hidden brambles and trees surrounding my cottage. This is peace, for me.
So, sipping a nice cup of Bramble Cottage Black Tea, the day begins. Lush and abundant blackberries. To some, and that would include me, an abundant plant, lush with fruit at the end of the summer. Laden with flowers, that make the bees giddy with nectar through the spring. Always supplying food for the deer. Even in the deep winter, the deer and elk come to nibble the green tips of the snow flattened bushes.
Officially designated a ‘weed’ and noxious invasive plant by our local government agency. To be stamped out, destroyed and poisoned.
Both are right. If I don’t trim the brambles, they’ll take over the land and I won’t be able to get into my cottage. Yet, there is a place of balance. Where we live in harmony.
That’s union!
