Time to rethink our goals and ambitions. Explore whether potential rewards are worth potential consequences. Tarot & Tea, Ace of Earth, Reversed.
This is the energy of the day, and how to embrace and make the most of it.
Security and safety issues are high-lighted today. We are reminded to weigh the balance and review our motivation. Consequences are karma, bringing to you what’s yours. Pay attention to what’s motivating you.
Sometimes the thought of a bumper load of cash would seem to be the answer to everything. And so we push hard to attract it. Pushing hard at anything can also push it away. However, today’s nudge to happiness is to work out what we really want, what we’ll do to get it. And finally, make the adjustments to get back on course to what really matters.
Tall order? Maybe, but a little tweak here and there will often get us back on track.
Let’s grab our favorite warm beverage. (Another cuppa tea? I don’t mind if I do!) And think carefully about what we need to really feel safe and secure. You may want to grab your journal and write about it. Or you may find that once you slow down, breathe and relax, the answers come to you.
Then make some adjustments. Fretting about money isn’t going to make you feel any safer. And neither is bullying and nagging your friends and acquaintances to buy from you. And for sure, being dishonest in your intentions won’t work out in the long run.
The tighter we hold on to something, the more it seems to slip through our fingers. So, it’s a ‘lighten-up, buttercup’ type of day. Click here to read a beautiful and inspiring article on how to make gentle changes to bring more joy to your life.
Faith and trust in consequences.
Come back to service. Come back to the Great Goodness. Trust in the magic of life when we are focusing on helping the world, our circle of friends, our family and our loved ones live happier and healthier lives. Ahh, and balance is restored.
So, taking a tea break and contemplating motivation and consequences, I’m sipping Lady Grey tea. A little more bergamot than Earl Grey, this tea is bright and cheery. Bergamot lifts our spirits and combats depression. Cheeriness encouraged with each sip. Yay! Do try some.
Keep checking in on your motivation today, Dear Heart. Don’t act selfishly, or the consequences may be bigger than you counted on.
Would love to know where you get your teas, they sound so wonderful. I need to change my drink and good old coffee and regular lipton tea is not making me feel like it should. I love trying new teas or coffees but i enjoy teas more. Thank you!!
Lori, nice to hear from you. Definitely, Lipton Tea is pretty much tea dust in a bag, so no wonder you are disappointed. My favorite tea is my Bramble Cottage Black Tea Blend, which you can purchase here: http://www.plumdeluxe.com/product/bramble-cottage from Plum Deluxe. Loose teas are always better quality, and Plum Deluxe are totally non-GMO and organic. So, the taste is so much better. To use loose leaf teas you might be tempted to buy a tea ball, but to be honest, they’re not so good. A tea pot and a strainer is best. But for a quick cup I use organic, unbleached fillable tea bags. You put your own tea in, and it has loads of room to swell up.
And once you’ve got your Bramble Cottage tea, then check Plum Deluxe for other tea blends. They’re the best.
Loose teas don’t travel well though. So I keep Mighty Tea teabags in my purse. Enjoy your tea explorations. And let me know how it goes.
