Take Heart and Know that Bright Blessings are Ahead

This is the energy of the day, and how to embrace and make the most of it.

The heart knows what the heart wants. Have you heard that? Have you ever pondered on what it really means? It means it’s time look within. A day for introspection.

Queen of Water shows up today to remind us to listen to the whispers of our heart’s desires. Find time to be still today. To be quiet. The heart whispers so softly, that the noise of the outside world can drown it out. Pause in peace and ask for guidance.

Know that a bright and positive outcome lies ahead, whatever the Universe is dishing out to you right now. Things change. This too shall pass. Through adversity we become vulnerable and our true heart’s desires speak out.

We are reminded to trust our senses. Trust our intuition. Get in touch with that deep, primeval knowledge within. Not the place of fear and depression, but the place of love and understanding. Connect with the spiritual aspects of yourself. Don’t know how? Listen to the guidance of your inner voice to bring the answers to the surface.

But you can’t sit alone, waiting for things to come to you. Take action. Try something new. If you fancy a yoga class, take one. Just do it! Try it. Perhaps you’ve wanted to learn a new language. Do your research and explore how that may happen. Is there a trip you’d like to take? Begin planning, even if that’s just collecting brochures.

That way, your heart knows its being heard, and will speak to you more often.

Hearts and roses!

Black tea for me this morning, with pink, organic rose petals. The comfort of familiarity. As a Brit, black tea is my go-to beverage. But the addition of rose petals brings a magic blessing from the fae, and a delightful uplift to the flavor. Roses are the flowers most associated with heart and love energy. No accident that I’m sipping this tea today.
