Honor your personal truths. Fly your own flag. Think and scheme to make a plan of action. Tarot & Tea, Ace of Air
This is the energy of the day, and how to embrace and make the most of it.
It’s a Winnie the Pooh kind of day.
Pooh: “Yes, Piglet.”
Piglet: “I’ve been thinking…”
Pooh: “That’s a very good habit to get into, Piglet.”
And that sums up today’s energy. It’s a day to spend cultivating the power of your wonderful mind. Think.
Take some time to be still, breathe deeply and be with your own thoughts. We are constantly stimulated, with TV shows, movies, music, social media, work, politics and more. It never stops. And we lose our own voice in the noise. Quiet down. Take some time to be still.
Pull out your journal and write down your thoughts. Creativity is high. But so is your ability to get clear about the world and how you choose to show up in it. You have your own special magic. Believe in your own thoughts and feelings.
Allow a sense of motivation and excitement to come over you. Feel it. And take a step today to make the world yours. Be brave and step out.
Sitting here at Bramble Cottage, sipping my Earl Grey tea, watching the bird feeders and waiting for the chickadees to show up for breakfast, I’m taking time to think. Earl Grey with its bergamot lift inspires motivation. Steam rises as the sun hits the forest. The mountains are hazy. But my mind is clear. Pulling out the to-do list and adding ‘think’ as item number two.
(What’s number one? Tarot & Tea, of course. There’s a link to the Earl Grey I’m enjoying this morning, below. Refreshing and uplifting and good for mental clarity.)
It’s always important to listen to others. But today, listen to yourself. Think, form a plan of action, then act.
