National Pursuit of Happiness Week Day Three
It’s Day Three of our Challenges in the National Pursuit of Happiness Week.
And this one is absolutely fabulous for those of us who spend too long at the desk each day…
Are you ready?
Then, let’s go…

Okay TwinkleToes it’s time to rev up your body with feel good hormones.
Exercise doesn’t have to be a chore ~ just get up and dance. (Always dance as if no one is watching ~ find that hard? Close your eyes!)
And for our fabulous Day Three of the National Pursuit of Happiness Week Challenge question:
Are you experiencing Happiness each day?
Now, I know it’s not reasonable to expect you to be on your best game all the time. All of us have down moments, but we don’t have to accept down days, or down weeks.
Today’s Challenge is all about how to Change Your Mind and Choose Happy by getting up and moving your body. We were never designed to be sitting down all the time. There are all sorts of studies that prove we must move. And once we get into it, it feels fabulous.
All sorts of feel good hormones start to lift our spirits and after 21 days of doing some regular movement each day we are back in the groove and our bodies actually look forward to it.
So, my lovely, are you experiencing Happiness each day?
If you aren’t and would like some more help I’d love to work with you. Click here to learn some more about what I’ve lived through…I’ve turned my life around and I can help you too!
Take the first step and Choose Happy today with the Day Three National Pursuit of Happiness Week Challenge. And do let me know how it’s going. I love to hear from you…use the comments below. It makes me Happy! 😉
My daughter and I were discussing depression the other day and I was trying to explain to her that you can choose to be happy even when bad things happen. It’s a choice to be upset or sad or angry. My view of depression shifted when my college professor explained this to me and said depression should be a verb not a noun… I am depressing not I am depressed. When you realize you are depressing you can CHOOSE AGAIN and who wouldn’t want to CHOOSE happy? Not that it’s easy to do that, but it’s a choice.
Fabulous concept to teach the children. It’s not about denying our feelings, but getting stuck in them. Love this Julie. Thank you.
I love exercise as a way to get me out of a bad mood – I’ll dance (the music is a double-dose of uplifting!), do jumping jacks, or even just walk my dog. I think moving physically can help us move emotionally when we’re “stuck”. Loving the happiness challenges Jacqueline!
I’m with you … except for the jumping jacks! LOL!!! So Happy you are enjoying the challenges…that’s what it’s all about for me. xox
