Can’t get out? Get on the phone or skype.
No friends? YIKES!!! Community is so important to your health & happiness. Volunteer or join a class or club that interests you. And back to Day 1 … smile at the people you meet.
It’s time to answer the question: What am I doing with my life?
Have you thought about it? Are you so busy going through the day-to-day that you’ve forgotten the big picture?
Or are you bored senseless and just going through the motions?
How about you decide here and now to makes some gentle changes. Gentle change leads to permanent results. So, you might simply start with thinking about what you are doing with your life…and start to write about it. Take 15 minutes right now to journal about what you are doing with you life.
