There are loads of reasons to drink more water and make sure we are not thirsty. But one of the most important ones in my opinion is often over-looked. We simply need more water in us so that we have more energy.
Whenever you feel your energy flagging, then the first step is to drink a glass of water. When you find you have a headache, the first thing to try is drinking a glass of water. Feeling hungry? Have a glass of water before you start into the snacks.

And of course, my favorite as you can tell from the video is my secret, now made super public, tip … to get de-stressed and Take Off Your Grumpy Pants, drink more water.

You bet I love the advice to drink more water!! Woohoo!! Most people don’t know that headaches can be a symptom of dehydration.
To combat the dread of multiple bathroom breaks, ENJOY them! I know, sounds funny — but use them as mini brain-breaks to recharge in the middle of your work. On your way to the loo, just take a few deep breaths, and enjoy stretching your legs. Or, if you’re on your feet all day, enjoy the chance to sit for a moment!
Love that idea Jessica. I tell clients to ‘take a smoke break’…to get up from their desk and go outside and take a few deep breaths…not to really smoke! Great use of a bathroom break too…brilliant!
Love this. I’m an advocate for drinking more water. I drive my boyfriend crazy about it. I didn’t realize it could boost your mode too.

What a great idea, drink an extra glass a day and increase, I am usually an all or nothing kinda gal, but it is so true, the more water I drink the more energy I have and the healthier I eat. Why I don’t remember that when I am reaching for the biccy tin I don’t know, but thank you!!!
