Wonderful video Jacqueline! And such a simple, yet powerful tip! I always avoided fruit juices, and for some reason decided to start drinking them again in the a.m. and you are SO right–they made me feel like total yucky!!! I’ve started making a power smoothie in the morning instead, leaving all the fiber and “roughage” inside, and it makes all the difference!!! Thank you for this great reminder!! I will definitely think of you next time I want a quick-fix bottle of O.J.!! I choose happiness, and what I put into my body definitely makes or breaks that choice. YAY! 🙂

Wow, didn’t know that! I suppose fruit juice is better than soda because it doesn’t contain the nasty chemicals, but I hadn’t considered the sugar! Eeek!
I don’t drink much juice anyway, I tend to have tea or water with a slice of lemon.
Thanks for sharing this tip! I will pass this on with great pleasure!

Thank you Helen. And don’t get me started on those awful faux juice drinks…loaded with the sugar and the chemicals and pretending to be healthy…ick!!!

    I love you on video!

You bring up a great point about about the sugar crash and how it effects your mode. I’ve never been much of a juice or soda drinker, but I do have a nasty habit o drinking coffee on an empty stomach and that can cause the same up and down feelings. Thanks for the reminder to pay attention to how my morning habits are effecting my daily happiness levels.

Thank you Leah! Coffee on an empty tummy can be a harsh start to the day. At least take a little biscotti with it 😉

Hi Jacqueline- Love your voice:-) You have beautiful eyes. What we put into our bodies is essential to feeling happy and ditching the funk. Not many life coaches (happy coaches) touch on this and I’m glad to see that you are!

Thanks Butterfly Maiden. Glad it’s a reminder for you. What’s often ‘simple’ to us can be a whole new ball-game for others. ;D

What a great tip. I never drink juice and I only drink the seltzer I make it home. I still have to remind myself to choose happy when I wake up in the morning (and sometimes throughout the day). I really love this video and it’s such a testament to the power of video because it makes me want to meet you for some herbal tea and chat. ; )

I’m here to keep reminding you lovely! And I’m sure we’d get on like a house on fire…chatting and sipping. We’re fellow foodies, which is a great starting point for a friendship. 😉
