This is the energy of the day, and how to embrace and make the most of it.
Home is a nest, a safe-place to return to at the end of the day, to lay down our burdens, feel safe and to rest. But don’t let it become a place to hide from the world. Queen of Earth brings a gentle nudge to get out and about and make your home a beautiful sanctuary, not a bunker to hide in.
Treat yourself to something that brings the beauty of nature into your home. A simple bunch of flowers, or a little plant in a pot. Or a beautiful painting or print of nature images. Balance the natural world within your home environment to honor the Queen of Earth energy today.
Sometimes life can become unbalanced. We hide at home and don’t meet with friends and loved ones. Or we avoid being home, because we don’t feel comfortable in our clutter or there’s too many things on the to-do list. Today, Queen of Earth comes to remind us to find gentle balance.
Take a moment to ponder on this. To take a break. To slow down. Get introspective and look around you. Go within and look into your heart.
And with this energy, comes creativity. Whether, like Queen of Earth, you are rolling up your sleeves and getting into the planting season. Or if your creativity shines through in the kitchen, in painting or drawing, singing or dancing. Do some of that today. If you’re working on a creative project, find the time to dive in. You’ll be rewarded!
Sipping a lovely cup of nettles today. Seems so in keeping with the energy to drink a nurturing and nourishing green tea. Stinging nettles lose their sting when dried, and they make a delightful, earthy tea. (Many of my clients take theirs with a little honey.) Full of trace minerals to boost the adrenals, it’s my go-to for stress and anxiety support. But more importantly today, it’s a balancing tea. Bringing us back to homeostasis, back to balance.
