What does it take to Choose to be Happy?

September 17, 2012 By Jacqueline 14 Comments

Do you know that we create our lives by the choices that we make?

And did you know that we can stop being a victim of the choices made for us when we were children?

And…do you know that we can take control of our lives…right here and now?

How? What? When?

be happy

The clients who work with me have always had an inkling that something was wrong and that they could make changes. Many have read The Secret, been in Therapy, taken Self-help workshops. And yet, there was something just not clicking.

Some clients have reached the end of their rope and don’t know where to turn!

They know that something isn’t right, but didn’t know where to get the help to make it right.

Tah-Dah! Jacqueline Fairbrass, aka Mary Poppins in Stilettos, to the rescue.

I teach people how to create the space in their lives for the new to come in … and show them how to do it!

So, I’m like the Pied Piper today. I’m playing my flute, dancing down the road (in my Christian Louboutins), waving my brolly (that’s Brit-speak for my Umbrella) and leading the parade to Choose to be Happy.

Choose Happy clients are ready, able and Happy to invest in themselves, emotionally, energetically, spiritually, physically, mentally… and of course, financially! Yep, it costs money to work with me. I’d love to be able to sit here and give it away, and let’s face it I do give lots of tips, advice and help.

And I promise to keep sharing

But Choose to be Happy clients know that to obtain the best from something, you have to invest in it. Yep, you gotta invest if you wanna make changes. Once you commit to making the payment, you are invested baby!

So, if you wanna:

  • sleep like a baby
  • face life with confidence and calm
  • bring magic into your life
  • clear out the crap in your life…

Sign up and let’s get started today.

You will need to give yourself permission to focus on yourself (what I like to call ‘Me First Dahling!) and be prepared for the awesome and incredible ripple effect that Choose Happy will have on those around you. Like those already working with me and those who have worked with me over the years: You will be motivated by trust instead of fear, which will make you so attractive you are gonna be the most popular kid on the block!!!

And when you are popular, cheerful, confident and calm, you will be a positive influence on those around you. And they become a positive influence on those around them. And…well, you get the picture!

Join my Happiness Revolution now and Choose Happy. Join the thousands of Happy clients and students who have decided to Choose Happy and continue to Choose to be Happy everyday!

I couldn’t agree more that being happy is a choice. Sometimes it’s harder than other times to be happy and I do agree with the science out there about happiness set points we all have. But in the end, we all have the same choice available to us to create a life of happiness or not. I choose happiness.

I absolutely agree that we can choose happy. I often tell my clients-if you are unhappy we are going to figure out why and then we are going to figure out what you need to do to get happy-stat!

Depression is on the increase so anything we can do to lift people’s spirits is so important.

Love the Mary Poppins images.. i agree that there are ways to choose how we feel but sometimes we need help, the right information, and the right support.

That’s what I offer: help, information and support. It can be really hard to reach out and ask for help. So, I’m here offering. 😀

Very true that most people can choose to be happy… it is just hard for those with diagnosed depression making those people that CAN choose happy understand/empathize with those that cannot.

A little compassion and empathy would alleviate some of the depression. I hear you!
I help even the clinically depressed to find a spark of joy to build from. The start for many is being heard and not judged.
Keep shining your light and being of service. xox

I agree happiness is a choice that we need to make daily. Some days it’s easier than others and it’s okay not to be happy to, but in the end it is always a CHOICE, not a forced circumstance. ♥

Love that Julie. And some days we have to remember to Choose Happy every few minutes to not get bogged into believing forced circumstances!

agree with the idea that we can choose to be happy, it’s not an emotion, it’s a state of mind. totally agree and it’s also ok to seek help when one decides to bring changes in their lives but don’t know how.
love your style of writing, it radiates joy and happiness

This is my favorite take away:
“Choose Happy clients are ready, able and Happy to invest in themselves,
emotionally, energetically, spiritually, physically, mentally… and of
course, financially!” The optimal word being “ready.” It makes THE difference when clients have leverage on themselves.
